Math Domino Studio Assembly Guide
Featuring a 3x1x7U fuzzy-skin storage bin, slide-out 12-frame regrouping tray with bridge-through-10 divider, and stackable doubling snap lid. Learn how the physical components interlock.
Step-by-Step Desktop Setup Video
Watch the 12-frame regrouping tray dock inside the 3x1 storage enclosure and the doubling snap lid lock into place.
The 3-in-1 Classroom Architecture
Traditional cardboard game dominoes scatter on the floor and lose pieces. The Math Domino Studio organizes all 30 miniblock tiles into a 3x1x7U Gridfinity footprint:
- ✓ Bottom Tier: Holds 30 dominoes in rattle-free vertical channels.
- ✓ Mid Tier: Pull-out 6×2 tray with raised bridge-through-10 tactile demarcation.
- ✓ Top Lid: 12 molded miniblock recessed sockets with debossed doubles expressions ("1+1=2" to "6+6=12").
Mechanical Operation & 60-Second Inventory Audit
Engineered for kindergarten and primary classrooms to enable rapid 60-second visual cleanup audits.
Tray Extraction
Grip the textured front lip of the 12-frame tray and slide outward. The low-friction PLA rails permit smooth one-handed extraction without binding.
Doubles Lid Practice
Snap domino doubles \([1|1]\) through \([6|6]\) directly into the lid sockets. Sockets have a 0.20mm friction fit that retains tiles when the box is closed.
Visual Audit Check
Before dismissal, glance at the 30 vertical tile slots. Any missing domino appears as an immediate black void. Reorder single lost tiles via SKU DOMI-TILE.
